    If a website user opts-in to our special offers mailing list, we use their data to send tailored special offers. The data which we collect is the minimum required and consists of the users' first name and email address. Using our third-party mailing platform, Mailchimp, we use a 'double opt-in' to further ensure compliance with GDPR legislation. The user may unsubscribe from all emails at any time by using the unsubscribe link at the bottom of our email(s).
  • Venue hire quotations
    A user may contact us via email or telephone for the purposes of obtaining a quotation for venue hire. This data will be held securely from the point of enquiry through to point of sale - and may be kept on-file for future. Any user may request that we securely discard their data at any time by contacting us via email or telephone.
